3. Terms of Use

Eligibility By using this Site, Users confirm they are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 13 years old.

Account Registration Account creation may be required to access certain services. Users agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.

Account Termination Users may delete their account at any time. The Owner reserves the right to suspend/delete accounts violating the Terms without compensation.

Intellectual Property All content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and code are the property of Pickle Poppers Inc. or its licensors. No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without explicit written permission.

Acceptable Use Users agree not to use the Site or its content:

  • for unlawful purposes,

5. Terms & Conditions of Sale

Products and Pricing Product details, availability, and pricing are described on the Site and may change without notice.

Ordering Process Users agree that placing an order constitutes a binding agreement to purchase. Orders are confirmed via email.

Payments All payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. PayPal, Eximbay). Pickle Poppers Inc. does not store or access full payment details.

Delivery Products are delivered to the address specified by the User. Users must check parcels upon receipt. Delivery areas and timelines are shown on the Site.

Failed Deliveries If a package is undeliverable due to User error, the User bears re-shipping costs.

 

 

6. Return and Refund Policy (Applicable to U.S. Consumers) If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused and original condition. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or the error is ours.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ceo@pickle-poppers.com with your order number and reason for return. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and approved. We do not charge restocking fees.

This return policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

 

 

7. Legal Warranties Products sold on this Site are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 90 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise required by applicable U.S. consumer law. If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will replace or refund the item at our discretion.

Where permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the previous 12 months.
