Refund & Return Policy

At Pickle Poppers, we believe the best way to know if a paddle is right for you is to play with it. That’s why we offer a 30-Day “Love it or Return it” policy for orders placed on pickle-poppers.com and shipped within the United States.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your paddle(s), you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We may ask for feedback, but this is only to help us improve our products and will not affect your return.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Orders under $99: Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Orders with free shipping ($99 or more): If returned, customers are responsible for both the outbound shipping cost (originally covered by Pickle Poppers) and the return shipping cost. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Allowed Modifications

  • Lead tape
  • Edge guard tape
  • Overgrips (without removing the original factory grip)

Modifications That Void the 30-Day Return Policy

  • Removal of the original factory grip
  • Altering or removing the butt cap
  • Any modifications to the handle, including the use of PU inserts

For all other items (balls, apparel, accessories, etc.), they must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a return.

 Warranty Policy
 All Pickle Poppers paddles come with a 180-day warranty from the original purchase date.
 This warranty covers manufacturing defects and includes free replacement.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading graphics, worn grip tape)
  • Loss or theft Products not purchased by the original buyer

All warranty claims are subject to evaluation and approval by Pickle Poppers Inc..


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 
business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your 
refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@pickle-poppers.com.
